Our noodles are made fresh for every batch, using kansui like traditional ramen shops do, then air-dried over 20 hours.

It’s slower, yes, but it preserves what matters: clean flavour, light texture, and the soul of real ramen.

Broth Powder -

Most broth powders start with flavouring; ours starts with actual broth.

We use miso crafted in Goa and freeze-dry it — a gentle process that preserves its natural flavour, aroma, and nutrients far better than heat-based drying.

Yes, Its Vegetarian, but it’s not vegan since it contains a small amount of butter.

No Preservatives or Additives are used. Scribbl ramens are minimally processed. Preservation occurs through the removal of moisture.

No, It’s not gluten-free. Our RnD kitchen is working on gluten-free options for the near future.

Store in a cool, dry shelf. It doesn’t need refrigeration.

~6 months. We found this to be the sweet spot of providing packaged food convenience while ensuring it’s real food.

We’re not trying to make a diet ramen. But we want indulgence to be clean, by using the magic of high quality ingredients and good intent.

We currently only sell via our website and a few select retail partners. We’re hoping to scale as fast and safely as we can.

We have shipping pan-india via our website. We currently don’t ship internationally but reach out to us and we can figure something out.
