Cheese Mushroom Mazemen

Ingredients

Soul Ramen - 1
Button mushrooms - 8-10pc
Shiitake mushroom - 4-5pc
Shimeji mushroom - 3-4 pc
Amul cheese - 30g
Butter - 1 tbsp

  1. Set water to boil, then reduce to medium heat and add the noodle cake

  2. In a separate pan, add the butter and cook the chopped shiitake mushroom

  3. Add the chopped button mushroom and cook along with shiitake.

  4. Add the shimeji mushroom in the end and cook with the rest of the mushrooms in the pan.

  5. Add the broth powder and 150ml (1 chai cup) of water to the pan once all the mushrooms are cooked. 

  6. Incorporate the broth powder and mix well with the water and the mushrooms, add a l

  7. Strain the cooked noodles at the 7-8min mark and add them to the sauce. Add a little more water if you like it saucy.

  8. Switch off the heat, add the grated amul cheese and mix it well

  9. Garnish with cracked pepper and slurp it hot.
