Ingredients
Heat Ramen - 1
Coriander - 1 tbsp for garnish
Green chilli - 1 small
Dried kokum - 2-3pc
Onion - 1 small

This requires the kokum to be pre-soaked for atleast 30 min in a cup of water. You can use warm water and reduce the time to 15min.

Set water to boil, then reduce to medium heat and add the noodle cake. Set a timer for 7 min

Once the noodles are cooked, drain and retain some of the starch water.

In a separate pan, lightly saute the chopped green chillies and add the broth powder, soaked kokum + the water and the starch water to the pan and bring together until the powder is dissolved.

Add the drained noodles and toss until mixed well.

Remove in a bowl

Garnish with coriander and some sliced onion.

Slurp it hot.
