English Breakfast Ramen

Ingredients
Soul Ramen - 1
Cocktail sausages - 3pc
Sundried tomatoes - 5-6pc
Button mushrooms - 5-6pc
Eggs - 2pc
Butter - 2 tsp
Oil - for cooking 


  1. Set water to boil for the octopus sausages, make cuts vertically halfway and quarter them to get the tentacles , cook them in the boiling water for a few minutes and keep aside.

  2. Set water to boil ( 3 cups / 450ml )

  3. Chop the button mushrooms in quarters 

  4. Once the water comes to boil, add the noodles, reduce to a medium heat and set a timer for 7min

  5. Saute the mushrooms until cooked and remove

  6. Saute the sausages to make them a little crispy & remove.  

  7. Add the broth powder to the noodles and cook for another 1-2 min 

  8. Add butter to the pan and make a quick scrambled egg 

  9. Pour the ramen into your bowl and assemble the toppings. 

  10. Slurp it hot.
