Ingredients
Heat Ramen - 1
Goan Choriz - 8-10 beads
Onion - 1 small
Egg - 1 nos
Coriander - for garnish

Set water to boil, then reduce to medium heat and add the noodle cake. Set a timer for 7 min

In a separate pan, Add sliced onions and saute until they’re translucent.

Add the chopped choriz beads ( remove the thread and the casing) and cook on a medium heat.

Once the noodles are cooked, drain and retain some of the starch water.

Once the choriz is cooked (approx 5-6min) add the broth powder and the starch water to the pan and bring together until the powder is dissolved.

Add the drained noodles and toss until mixed well.

Remove in a bowl

Make a quick sunny side egg in the pan and slide it over the choriz mazemen

Garnish with coriander and some sliced onion.

Slurp it hot.
