Ingredients
Soul Ramen - 1
Bacon rashers - 2
Amul Cheese - 15g
Egg yolk - 1
Pepper

Set water to boil, then reduce to medium heat and add the noodle cake. Set a timer for 7 min

In a separate pan, add chopped bacon rashers and cook on a medium heat.

Once the noodles are cooked and drained ( retain some of the starch water )

Add the broth powder and the starch water to the pan with the bacon and bring together until the powder is dissolved.

Add the drained noodles and toss until mixed well.

Switch off the heat and immediately add the egg and cheese and mix well in the residual heat.

Remove in a bowl and garnish with cracked pepper.

Slurp it hot.
