Misal Ramen

Ingredients 

Heat Ramen - 1
Onion -1 large
Tomato - 1 large
Green Chilli - 1 small
Dried Coconut - 1 tbsp grated
Sprouts - 2-3 tbsp
Lime - 1 pc
Coriander - 1 tbsp chopped for garnish
Farsan - 1 tbsp for garnish


  1. Set water to boil ( 3 cups / 450, add the noodle cake to the boiling water and set a timer for 7min

  2. Finely chop ½ onion, ½ tomato and green chilli in the meanwhile.

  3. In a separate saucepan/ kadai , saute the grated dried coconut , followed by the onion, tomato and green chilli. 

  4. Add 2 cups of water ( 300ml approx) to the sauce pan along with the broth powder. 

  5. Once 7min are done, strain the cooked noodles and place it in the bowl.

  6. Bring the missal broth to a boil or two before pouring over the noodles.

  7. Garnish with sliced onion from the remaining half, chopped tomato, coriander, sprouts, lime & farsan.

  8. Slurp it hot.
